Coach Bio:  Phil Giddings –  LTA & BTCA Registered Coach

I have been coached by Roger Fretwell for over 8 years and have learned so much from him. When I was being trained as a coach I was very fortunate to have been trained by the former british ladies number one tennis Player Lucie Ahl. Tennis is a big passion in my life and am very keen to get children in tennis. I love seeing kids having fun playing tennis and having just as much fun playing as I do. I am first aid trained through St John Ambulance and I am also an active member  as an Operational Duty First Aider and have completed over 1200 hours of public duty including  covering the Wimbledon tennis championships during June/July, Queens this year and Wimbledon again this year.

Outside of tennis., I dance tap and ballet at Carlo Rossi School of dance and have been for 18 and a half years. It is another big passion of mine and the school is like a second family! I used to play cricket at the Weybridge vandals from 2004-2008. I am currently studying sport science and will still coach tennis for as long as possible
